The Pierre Players Community Theatre is a local organization and collection of volunteers that perform, produce, and put on live theater plays that the local community enjoys each year. On July 15, 2018 they had invited members of our photography club to attend a full dress rehearsal to photograph their performance of "Guys and Dolls", a musical comedy.
I was able to attend and not only take photos, but enjoy the show. The lighting as you might imagine was quite challenging and pushed my camera and skills beyond my comfort level. I had a great many photos not turn out, but I had several that did. And this was a good experience to have as I don't often photograph an event like this or in this lighting.
