On June 10, 2017 the Silver Spur restaurant/bar in Ft. Pierre, SD hosted a concert with Hairball as the featured band for the night. I was part of a small group of photographers that were granted access in front of the barrier to photograph the concert. Hairball concerts are full of energy, showmanship, and loud rock'n roll and this concert was no different.
I had a great time photographing the band up close and also enjoying the music the rock 'hair' bands I grew up with. From the opening explosion to the final bow, Hairball does a great job playing the music and re-creating that rock and roll atmosphere. I hope the photos give a sense of how much fun this concert was!
