I attended a photowalk at Prairie Village in Madison, SD led by the Senior Photographer for the SD State Tourism Office, Chad Coppess. My family and I have been to Madison many times, but had never stopped at Prairie Village. During this visit, not only did my wife and daughters enjoy their visit as they went off and did their own thing, but I got to enjoy my photowalk here too. There are many photogenic opportunities here. For example, there is an old gas station that I could have spent half the morning alone photographing. There is more to see and photograph here than what I have posted. This was an enjoyable place and if you're looking for some family fun or want to photograph a piece of history, I would recommend stopping by here.
