South Dakota Governor Mike Rounds was nice enough to pose for a photo. I was actually on my cell phone with my wife when I took this photo. I had the phone in one hand and my camera in the next. I have to think the Governor was thinking to himself, "What the heck is this guy doing?!". Event coordinator Mike Mueller and Highway Patrol Officer Brent Saucerman are also in the photo.
