In July 2009, we took a vacation to the Baltimore - Washington D.C. area. We visited several locations, including the Arlington National Cemetery. This is a beautiful, and solemn place. Every American should visit this place at least once to see first hand the sacrifices others have made for our freedom. Respect and honor eminates from this place and I could have stayed multiple days as there is so much more that I didn't get to see and photograph. It was a wonderful visit though and I hope you enjoy the photographs I have posted here.
